Thank you for the quick reply. It must be late in the UK. I saved only the audio files folder to DVD, not the whole session. Should I save the session to DVD as well? I tried transferring the files back to my hard drive and then into the new session be still got the 9131 error message. Is there a particular format I need to select when I copy them to the DVD?

I have OS X 10.4.1. Is this the Tiger version? What is at "VI"?
