would this mouse work?..i haven't personally tried it but, it has a tilt wheel for side scrolling (not a ball).

i switched to win7 a year ago from a G5ppc with mighty mouse, i had the same compatibility problems. so i adapted the hold SHIFT and side scroll workflow technique. it was weird at first. but after a week, i must say that, it IS the right way to work. 10x smoother and more accurate side scrolling. but yeah, you need two hands on deck
