Also, what did you measure this data with? You would need to use pink noise and then use the RMS numbers (not peak since peak can be a function of crest values.) However, since SFX are not pink noise, it's all just an approximation anyway. The biggest issue is pink noise over what bandwidth since depending on the playback system, it can be extremely skewed. But since everything is an approximation anyway, you can use this method and just subtract for what you read as 65%. So according to your chart, that would be a -7dB drop.
