I see two issues that may or may not solve your problem. First is avid now only approves nvidia graphics chipsets with w7 and PT 9. You have ati. However, I'm still running an ati card myself. Secondly, looks like your 3rd hard drive is running in raid mode which is also not supported. I would start there.
