Contact Digedesign Tech Support. They are really the only ones who can help with your ilok authorizations.
Have you verified that the proper
version of the authorization is actually on the ilok?
There are separate auths for 7.0, 7.3 and 7.4. If you don't have the authorization loaded on your ilok for the version you are trying to auth, then it's not going to work.
