I recommend the inexpensive
Furman Headphone System.
As to adding Reverb, I generally recommend you use a send to an Aux track with the reverb on the Aux Track, 100% wet.
Knowing if you use Low Latency Mode while recording tho' would effect how you set up your reverb.
