Pro Tools Subscription Purchased but no activation email sent
Hi, when I made my Pro Tools subscription purchase the other day, I never received an email with an activation code in it. I got the one that showed they charged me for the subscription though. I was able to go to the download center and download the software but cannot authorize it. I have updated my ilok info in my avid account and checked my ilok account but there is no authorization to claim there. Also, the My Products section of my Avid account does not show that I have the newest version of Pro Tools, only Pro Tools 9 from years ago. Therefore, there is no system ID that I have that will allow me to fill out a request ticket in the Avid site. Their automated message also says they are not taking calls about subscriptions at this time, refers you to the Avid website, and then hangs up on you. I am completely stuck unless someone from Avid contacts me here. Please help!
