I don't know what kind of double-speak that tech is talking but the KB article we are all talking about is the one you linked to at the end just now. You can clearly see that is so in Paulo M's post earlier (post #3) and Tom Lowe's post (post #21) earlier. It was also wrong at the end of 2018 when we discussed it in this thread: http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t...light=Its2loud
And it was wrong.
They updated it today to where it is right. But previously it had the incorrect information and it has been that way for a very long time.
There's saving face but no one was confused between exporting and importing.
