The point is, that the upgrade to v.3 was the same price if you had v.2 or v.1.
So I expect that the upgrade to AAX is the same price for v.2 and v.3.
But to use the EQ in HDX you have to go to v.3!
There was no other reason for upgrading to v.3. So I hope the upgrade fee for v.3 is cheaper than for v.2 otherwise I would have paid twice.
With McDSP and v.5 you will get the AAX Plugins for free!
