I can't believe this simple thing, is cause me such a issue, Can't activate because step 3 on the activation card I got suck, because as I understand it, I need to supply my Digi002 desk serial, which I did. Which one would think it is simple, however the site do not want to except my Digi002 serial.

Online support explain that "Forward To Local Distributor"

Guys (Avid) what is their to Forward To Local Distributor?...........My PTS serial is registered on your site (Avid) which shows that the hardware is linked to the registered PTS 7 serial, again show up on your site under my Avid account.

Surely you have a list of you product serials??????????.....and it is linked to my PTS7.3 serial which logged on you site.

Is this your way of a joke Support "Forward To Local Distributor"?????????
