Well, that should not be a problem. Neyrinck has a new version of V-Control Pro that supports Control 24 and ProControl in Pro Tools 12 by the HUI protocol. Take a look at

And I know it really does work, because I'm one of the beta-testers of this new version of V-Control Pro. However I tested ProControl functionality, not Control 24, but I'm very confident Control 24 will work fine too.
