What are you trying to accomplish? I found this PCIe card that can be inserted into a slot in a Thunderbolt2 to PCIe card expansion system. For Mac it can be bootable, but apparently not for Windows.

Edit: After reading your post again, I now realize you were talking about the Thunderbolt expansion chassis, not the SSD itself (I think).
