Hello,

I sum up and add some information:

Even though the checkmark is selected, Eucontrol refuses to start automatically. The checkmark is also sometimes not remembered correctly.

Switching it on and off and checking in the task manager shows that it appears and disappears there correctly.

I tryied with UAC settings down to the lowest possible degree. Still not working.
Both MCClient and Eucontrol are set to "run as administrator".

Eucontrol persists to ask for permissions!

Under the activated (originally hidden) administrator account it works as expected.

My user account belongs to the administrator group. Still the difference!
(Additional information: It is a local user, so not linked to a microsoft account - but this should not make any difference, the admin acound is also local).

Any ideas what I can try?
Maybe modify a registry key? Which one?
