It could be the release date of the license on the iLok. In ILM, go to the iLok in question, click on the Pro Tools Perpetual license and click Show Details. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Show Details window and look at the Release Limit field. I am not sure what the best way to rectify this is, but I think Avid needs to send an updated license to your iLok account.
