I've seen similar a few times over the past year or so. I just disable Windows Defender(or whatever you use) and download/install. If you're really paranoid, I suppose you could scan the download before running, but that might also raise a flag. I doubt there is anything to worry about for any download from Avid's site(guessing you are downloading from within your MyAvid account>My Products?)
