Its impossible to predict without a Sandra report.
FYI DIGI officially supports CPUs of 2ghz and up though I have seen 1.8 GHZ cpus run PT,and this is core 2 duo that are relatively powerful.
Trial and error would be the only way to know for sure.
I would update to windows XP SP3 before installing, and read
this to help you optimize your system.
