Its a topic that comes up from time to time

I renewed my Protools subscription earlier in the year (BC) and it has updated to 2020 (now 2020.5)
All has worked ok but as I have done little work on the system, and tracking mainly, I hadn't noticed that the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle had not renewed. The old licence is showing in the iLok manner but nowhere else
It is not cloud based, nor in pending/unused licences..it simply is not there. Old, now expired 2019 licence is still there.

I have contacted the help team via their web for and raised a case (03980708)
but no joy yet
