Default Do I need to buy a new ilok if I have lost one?

Hi,

I lost my Ilok for protools 12 so I bought an ASC and contacted customer support. They made me a support ticket (Case 04124726), reaquired my license and added the license to my ilok account, telling me to sync the license with an ilok. I am no longer able to contact support as my ASC code has expired but I was under the impression that avid would replace the ilok key it self, if this is not the case I will go buy one but it would be nice to have some confirmation on that. Not impressed but avids customer support at all.. surely any company offering software at such expense should allow their customers full support at no additional expense.

Any help from anyone on this would be much appreciated
