I upgraded when I went to HD back in March 2003. You can do the upgrade on the web via soundtoys.com and the products then upgrade link, for $99.
If you also have the Massive Pack you can get the complete soundtoys pack for $495, which seems good value.
Pitch Doctor doesn't have the graphic interface of Autotune but it does seem to make the pitch right and I've had good result correcting a couple of notes in an otherwise great guitar solo.
