Hi, same problem here with edirol ua 101 ...
i cannot start pro tools, always the error message :
"pro tools hardware is either not installed or in use by another program"
i asked support for help, 2 weeks ago and getting no answer, just a f**** number.
Its my first time with pro tools, i thought pro tools is professional!?
pro tools is announced to work with other soundcards (asio)
i cannot belive that!
for 555 € a donlge and a description how to download pro tools....
thats all??
no support since 2 weeks!?
i am very angry...thats no good start avid!
