Maybe you should rent a PTHD/Venue Mix Rack/HDx rig, instead.
I believe you can only aggregate audio interfaces if you were using PT9.
So, with a SC48, you're limited to 18 channels only.
If it's the only way, you can record the main channels using each channels' direct outs and grouping the others to auxes or groups.
And don't forget to turn the direct outs on, and to adjust their level at the patchbay tab.
It's really easy.
