Default "Renewal is pending for the following licenses"

I just submitted at Avid | MY ACCOUNT > My Support Center > Account Help and received Case Number: 03031977 but not at all sure that is the right place...

I renewed Annual Upgrade Plan $99 on 8/31/16, a day prior to original expiration (just the upgrade plan this time; did not renew support)
All appears well in Avid Account, but not in iLok License Manager, after Refresh, "Renewal is pending for the following licenses" ... even after waiting past the "try refresh after date: " iLok License Manager messages... and the dates kept changing, too...

Was just getting ready to uninstall 12.5.1 and install 12.5.2 but not sure if this is problem...
