Can you do any other type of "save copy in"ok?

Is it just the one session the crashes? or any session?

As you have done a fresh system and PT install! this is pointing towards the session itself being corrupted? if it is just this session!! or if this is happening in general on all sessions?? then it could be a mac or memory problem etc.

I don't know how many people have tried to convert back to a 5.1 session!
This is something for Digi support to try and confirm.
