I see the Pro Tools Ultimate trial license in that account. It's not activated anywhere yet, and there are no iLoks registered there. Perhaps you have another account with your iLoks?
Launch iLok License Manager and sign in with that same email address (User ID) then plug your iLok in to see if you can activate the license there. If you have persistent internet you can try
iLok Cloud, but the license has to be activated for PTU to run.
