Digidesign 192 i/o not recognized in PT11HD

We, the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, have got a problem with our Digidesign 192 I/O and avid Pro Tools 11HD system and searched in all forums for some answers... Maybe some of you guys can help us out.
We connected our Yamaha o2r 96V2 to the Digidesign 192 I/O box, from there to our Accel Core Card via PCI. The MAC recognizes our system but Avid Pro Tools does not. Iīve got to add, that we are running on a PT 11 HD trail version for now. However we are not able to add our 192 I/O on the hardware configuration settings as well as a Pro Tools Aggregate. Even on the MIDI settings itīs not possible to add an aggregate of our 192 I/O. We are setting a Pro Tools system for the first time, so please apologize if itīs something easy to handle.
