Depending on how much room you have, you could look into the THX PM3 standard to give you an idea of what a 'proper' near field mixing room for post would be. If you are looking more into theatrical dubbing, then I would give a call to Dolby. There are very specific size and voicing requirements to be able to perform Dolby Certified Print Masters.
