Hello A-Cee,

Your subscription start is the 1st of the month, and you have "Pro Tools Subscription" and "Pro Tools Plan" licenses in your account good through 1/31/2017. Please activate these and deactivate any expired licenses. We have also deposited temp licenses today just in case your billing issue does not get resolved in time so that your use of Pro Tools is not interrupted.

Avid CS will look into your billing issues and work to resolve those though your support case.
