Pro Tools First crashes shortly after creating a project (with or without template)

No Logs are created in C:\Program Files\Avid\Pro Tools First\LogFiles
Pro Tools is Activated
I'm logged into Avid account when this happens.

Need to know how I can resolve this issue

System Details:
Software: Pro Tools First v2019.6.0
OS: Windows 10 Home edition 64bit
Hardware: Focusrite Scarlett Solo (3rd gen)
Computer: Dell Inspiron 3593 Laptop
Mainboard: Dell 0HC91N
BIOS: Dell 1.3.0 10/24/2019
Total Memory: 15.81GB SO-DIMM DDR4
Processor Intel Core i7 -1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz
Disk Free space: 397 GB
