I just downloaded Pro Tools First and when opening it and trying to create a new project, I have the message lots of people seem to have ...: "the maximum amount of projects has been reached' , while I actually was not able to access it the first time so obviously no project was created on my end already.

Could you please create a ticket to reset my account so I can access it?
