they are night and day performance wise there but if you don't need the additional read/write speeds it's not a good upgrade/change in my mind

I am no tech but isn't the session to RAM storage feature run on the Boot drive? And would that not make the increased read/write speed with PCIe SSD boot, more desirable ?
