Thanks, I was a bit unclear in my original post.
The boot times I mentioned was with a Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500GB in the lower optical vs the SATA HD bays.
System boot from a SATA bay is 44 sec and lower bay 56 sec.
Loading time of a Pro Tools session equal.
I had expected a bit more of a difference.
