Cubase does audio very well as well :)
The problem might not be as clear to everyone. And it might be even Cubase Eucon connector related, but the best way I can describe it:
On both my artists only top knob 1 (not 2-8!) has this weird behavior
- the behavior ONLY is with CLOCKWISE rotations, COUNTER CLOCKWISE they work fine.
- Turning slow clockwise more or less works as expected (cover <90degrees maximum in one grip, turning slowly)
- turning faster (turning 180degrees from 0-64 in one turn) feels like rowing against the stream, turning up to 20 jumping back to 10, turning slower to 50 jumping back to 40 etc, you will need at least 2 full physical 360 knob rotations to get there.
- where you can turn knob 2-7 fully clockwise in one go, you will need four or 5 full rotations to get there with all the jumping back on encoder 1
counterclock wise (feels like downhill) is no problem, only clockwise, strange no?
