Default TRITON EXTREME, MOTIF ES, OR ROLAND FALCON

Hi, I am looking to compose my own music. I already have Protools Digi 001 and all of the plugins.

I want to write on a keyboard, and am wondering which to choose from. Triton Extreme, Motif ES, or Roland Fantom?

I need:

1. Good sounds, especially acoustic and electric guitars, bass, and drums (I write rock music)

2. Compatibility with my Digi 001.

3.... ?? Do I need all the sequencing, sampling stuff if I have Digi 001? I haven't had a keyboard in a decade, and don't know what the current workstations do in terms of overlapping with my Protools environment. I don't want to get something that is a duplicate of what I could do in Protools.

I will be visiting Guitar Center this weekend to try out some keyboards, but I thought some of you could help me out here.

Thanks!
