Update on issue: Avid sent out an email about this stating they are aware of this and that iOS 13 was indeed the culprit and its isolated to Sierra 10.12. They said they’re working on this and noted that updating to high Sierra would rectify the issue. Also not to plug into iOS 13 devices into you Mac. Supposedly they’re working on a fix for the problem but that’s where they left it.

Anyone have a fix aside from updating?
