Re: Falcon expired on a current Update Plan
Hi, I am having the same problem. I installed the Pro Tools 2018.12 update in December and didn't have a chance to use it until recently, so i was surprised to find that a) the UVI Falcon plugin insisted on being activated as soon as I ran P.T., and b) the activation failed because the Falcon license has already expired. See the attached images - the "Deposit date" is 12/10/18 and the Expiration date is only 11 days later, 12/21/18. I tried to refresh the subscription, but got the error message attached. This is happening on both of my Windows machines (desktop and laptop), as well as on my MacBook Pro. I would like to move the Falcon license to my iLok.
