Re: .aiff import in ProTools 2019.12 not working

Do you still have this problem? We are on 2020.5 now and found another problem with sound files from our Sound Ideas library (MPEG Audio it says?). It's very similar: the files are not recognised in the workstation, import window and I can't drag them from the finder.
In the Finder I can listen to the files.
Import works if I add a file extension to the files.
Did anyone find a solution for this or am I missing something obvious?
