Your
Pro Tools Plan license expired 3/31/2016. Looks like you did not renew the
Plug-ins and Support Plan which would also explain the lack of Additional Value Content. I don't see a dedicated
Space license in your iLok account either. Based on all that, neither version of
Space should work on your system (unless you have a valid license on another iLok/account?).
