Not sure schematics/service manual ever escaped. If it did you would likely find it with Google. If a memory wipe/hard reset does not fix it, there are multiple boards, start by checking the board interconnects and supply voltages. With used units being so cheap it may not be worth spending a lot of time fixing a faulty one.
