It'll be fine. You should partition for audio/video. I had heard that some 300G & 400G drives were a bit flaky (Western Digital SATA's), but this is only anicdotal. I popped in a second Seagate 250GB HDD SATA that has run perfectly & performs really well. When the 10,000 rpm drives get bigger I'll upgrade to one of those (for both system & media).
