I had a weird issue with Reflect and went with Backupper Pro. There is a free version of Backupper(worth a try), but the "pro" version has a function specific to cloning the system drive and its worked really nicely for me
Acronis worked okay, but I seemed to have to chase down BIOS settings to get it booting from the correct drive after a swap.
