Default Cant renew expired PTHD upgrade plan for Perpetual license
I’m having the same problem only I have a perpetual HD ultimate license... the upgrade plan expired in August 2018. I’ve tried to update and I get the message

Chosen ilok doesn’t have enough product licenses to upgrade.

I can see my perpetual license in the licenses section?

Any help on how to re activate my upgrade plan?
