Not enough info. I assume you are on a Windows PC? What is your interface(for Pro Tools)? Windows users need to have a dedicated interface for Windows(which means Windows needs a SEPARATE "Default Playback Device" In Sound>Properties). If you are trying to have all sounds come out the computer's sound card, that's the problem.
