Have you done ANY tweaking after reinstalling Win7? Have you followed the suggestions in HELP US HELP YOU or the Win7 troubleshooting threads? Have you done anything to sort this out other than to start another thread complaining about Avid/Protools? You say you only have a 'few' programs installed.. what are they? Have you tried going back to 9.0? You've been around long enough to know the routine...
Why don't you start with posting a SANDRA and tell us exactly what you have done and then maybe we'll have an idea of how to help.
