I got my Scarlett this year and 3/4 of my downloable software (included the driver) doesn't work or works bad in my system. Still there's nothing they can do to give me these new 2 free plugs. Again, screwed by the clock. The representative sent a note to his supervisor tho, I'll post again whether if I get a response or not.
