Pro Tools 6.1 Information
Pro Tools 6.1 software is now shipping with all new Pro Tools systems, with upgrades to follow mid-July. Pro Tools 6.1 for Mac OS X & Windows XP is a complete cross-platform, cross-product release, with support for all current Pro Tools systems as well as several legacy systems.
The Pro Tools 6.1 TDM and LE releases support the systems listed below.

Pro Tools 6.1 TDM and LE for Mac OS X will be a free downloadable update from any version of Pro Tools 6.0.x, available from the Support/Downloads section of the Digidesign website in mid-July. Although update CDs will not be available directly from Digidesign, free Pro Tools 6.1 Mac update CDs for Pro Tools 6.0 owners will be available from your Digidesign dealer in mid-July.
