Sorry, been away. My system is as follows

MacPro late 2013 3.5Ghz 6 core 64Gb RAM
OS 10.15.7 - ProTools 2020.11
Avid HD/IO with Sync HD

Reading the replies, it seems not everyone experiences this issue. Interesting.
It's ALWAYS there for me.
