Re: Renewal problem
My expiration date shows 1st April 2019 in my Avid account and also on iLM, but when I try launching PT 2018.4 Ultimate, it asks me to ACTIVATE, but when I click and login with my iLok user name and says: "You don't have any licenses in your account..." and the only option that I can click on is Quit. I tried the Refresh thing (in iLok License Manager), but to no avail.
What should I do?
