Chris Markle here from Aspera... We've noticed that almost 50% of the DD servers out there still have not installed server patch 2.1.3. I cannot emphasize enough how important this patch is to install, due to some important security fixes. You can read the release notes on this patch at:
http://www.asperasoft.com/support/do...es/digi-server and you can install it simply by using the Check for Software Updates link on the DD admin page.
If you are one of the 50% of people that haven't installed this important patch, please do so asap.
On a related topic, not all of you have given us your admin email to make communication with you about these issues simpler. Please check the checkbox labeled "Notify me of updates" in the Account Information link. Then reboot your box via the Server Administration link. And leave that checkbox checked. This will enable us to be aware of your admin email so that we can communicate with you proactively regarding DD server issues. Thanks!
