R-Permissions, reinstalled from disk and the updater still will not update.
On another note:
I also noticed the Plug-in setting folder for Xpand is (red X) locked for preset settings, I replaced this with my own Xpand! folder which allow for my settings to be save.

I noticed this too with my original install and changed folder permissions to read and write for all after my intial installation. The locked folder not only doesn't allow the presets to be saved but it doesn't allow one to set the root settings folder in the RTAS preset menu.
