I find the info on this page suspect at best.
To begin with a .wav file at 44.1 KHz is exactly CD quality not almost the same. Now some people have burnt cd's with mp3 files on them but those are NOT true Redbook cd's.
In the #1 section those bitrates are mp3 figures and not numbers for .wav files.
There are lossless file compression techniques with better quality than mp3.
Overall I call this commercial Spam with no redeeming value and misleading information.
